Glee Fashion::: A very Berry trend- Fit & Flare Dresses

Aloha ladies and gents.

My apologies for not posting. Miss Honey has been slacking.
Actually, I have been extremely tied up with work… scouting talents can be exhausting.

Last night I watched Glee to relieve some stress, as last week’s preview of this Tuesday’s episode have made it a must-watch (Mr. Shoe is finally going to propose to Miss Pillsbury!!!)… One of my favorite episodes so far, the New Directions did some awesome remakes of songs like “Summer Nights” from Grease, Rihanna’s “We found Love” as well as mash ups of Maroon 5’s “Moves like Jagger” and Celine Dion’s “First Time”. I think Lea Michelle did a heartmelting rendition of Usher’s “Without You”. It made me tear up a little, Rachel Berry was born to be a star…

Speaking of which, a current craze that I have been loving— a Rachel Berry inspired “on-the-rise” fashion trend – the fit and flare dress.

The dress style does both tricks of “creating” and “emphasizing”. The full, flared shape creates a more hourglass silhouette while the fitted bodice emphasize a narrower waist.

I love the versatility of the dress. It can be a wardrobe staple, in the form of the classic LBD.

It can be vibrant and playful.

gleek chic or preppy

…romantic and pretty

I love love love it.

For petite girls like me, all I need is the perfect pair of pumps to complete the look.

Love,

Honey
