Friday Feb. 6th is National Wear Red Day.
Support the fight against heart disease by wearing red on the first Friday of February. 1 of 3 women die of cardiovascular causes, however, through research, education and a lifestyle changes, 80% of these events can be prevented. The American Heart Association launched Go Red For Women to raise awareness that heart disease and stroke can be preventable.
